Good room, but service needs a boost

We stayed for 2 nights and the room was decent and spacious, but the service was a bit lacking. The receptionist was rude and didn’t explain basic stuff like where to find towels for the pool. The cheese board was really small for two, and we had to pay for water! The restaurant was nice though.

knights hill offers a nice and clean executive double room, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location is ideal for a relaxing break during these busy times. breakfast was good, although i wish the cappuccino wasn’t extra. overall, very pleasant experience!

the hotel was super clean and the rooms were lovely. i had a great time with my group and the location was beaut with gardens to chill in. breakfast was ok and the pool was fine for a quick dip, tho it could use a lil upgrade. staff were friendly and helpful too, made it a nice stay overall.

I had a wonderful stay with incredibly friendly staff who went above and beyond, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The garden suite was exceptionally spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and modern decor, while the spa and pool facilities were top-notch, allowing for perfect relaxation. The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide range of options, although I did find the coffee charges a bit steep. a memorable experience that I would highly recommend!

The ground courtyard room was a good choice, especially being on crutches. I appreciated the steam room and sauna, a nice way to unwind after all that chaos.
